Monika at Q Architects was a joy to work with. Her obvious deep passion for design combined with her commitment to really getting to know us and what we were aiming for, ultimately provided us with an incredible extension which surpassed our expectations.
We had lots of discussions and she provided various design options all of which accommodated our needs. She listened to what we were aiming for and applied her extensive skill, creating an extension which looks fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Monika!

Monika at Q architects combined her skill as a architect with her very obvious passion for design that ensures she is current and on trend. The project was to turn our 1930's semi into a property that could acomodate a personal space for the ourselves and each of our 3 children, ensuring our communal spaces were functional and flexible. This meant pushing out and building up. After listening to a hand full of builders tell us what they could do for us instead of listening to what we wanted it, made sense we get some professional advise. Monika got to know us and our family, finding our loves and interests and working out how we wanted to live.
Her influence on the project was amazing, from planning, structural design. construction materials building regulations. She was able to work our budget into her design, without her services we would have achieved our basic aims, but With her on board we have been able to achieve something way beyond our expectations, and she was with us every step of the way! We would not hesitate to recommend Q architects.

Commented: Hand drawn designs vs CAD designs...As architects, we always use a mix of both, during design stage and even when the project is already on site. We also use 3D CAD models as well as physical models sometimes.
