Marc designed and managed a large extension to our house and was very professional throughout. He helped us through every stage of the planning process and the build which took all the pressure of us. The whole project went so smoothly and we are delighted with the finished result! Marc was the architect and project manager for our building project which involved a single storey rear extension as well as some alterations to our existing home. From the outset, we found Marc to be very professional, approachable and knowledgeable on planning and building control requirements, procedures and timelines. Marc was always was very responsive to any of our communications and was always ready to find a solution to any issues that came about. He was never short of ideas and helped us to bring to fruition a great space which we’ll enjoy for years to come. We’d have no hesitation in using Marc again and would wholeheartedly recommend him to others in need of an architect with creativity, vision and organisation.

Marc was our architect and project manager for a large 1 storey extension with some internal remodelling to our home in the Marino area of Holywood. For the initial design phase Marc came up with several sketches to maximize the floor space and stay within our budget. He was very patient with us as we made up our minds on the final layout. From producing quality drawings, dealing with planning, building control and structural engineers to weekly on-site meetings, all at competitive pricing, Marc gave us confidence in a process we were very unfamiliar with. Easy to get along with I have no hesitation in recommending Marc.

We had a great experience on our kitchen extension with Marc, (so much so that we recommended him to my brother in law who is now using him for his project too.) He was great at guiding us through the design stages. He listened to what we wanted for our red brick Edwardian house and helped us to make good practical decisions. He was also always easy to get in touch with by phone or email when we had questions during the construction phase of our project. It was a tricky time after covid restrictions had lifted to be able to get good people and Marc's contacts and advice helped make what could have been quite a stressful time much much smoother for our family. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good architect.

We approached Marc to design a 2 storey extension and ground floor reconfiguration. Marc listened to our requirements and created 2 designs which both fitted our brief. Marc worked with us refining the plans and redrawing them as necessary. Marc dealt with the Planning Department and Building Control as well as getting a structural engineers report for us. Marc was always willing to work with us to tailor our extension to fit our needs. Since finishing the extension we have asked Marc to do further work in relation to the build - this was completed again to the high standards we have always received. We would have no hesitation in recommending Marc as his ideas were innovative and maximised the existing structure of our house and surrounding plot.
