Richard C F Waite Chartered Architect is a family run practice with over 50 years experience in most types of building projects.
We undertake architectural design of listed buildings, new buildings, houses, offices, shops, public houses, residential care homes, apartments, site development and appraisals as well as alterations to existing buildings and extensions and conservation projects.
We will respond to any design challenge with flair and much of our work involves conservation and refurbishment of Listed Buildings. We seek to maintain high standards of professionalism and design in not just this, but all of our projects.
We are conversant with the requirements for Building Regulations Applications and work well with the Planners and Council Officers to find solutions.
As well as being a Registered Architect, Richard Waite is accredited in Conservation work and with over 30 years as an Architect qualified by examination.
