Small project to remove an interior wall in a flat. Very happy with the service provided by Davide- preparing required drawings, submitting application for building warrant and finally applying for completion certificate. Easy to deal with, responded quickly to e-mails and answered all the queries I had. Happy to recommend.

Davide helped us with a garage conversion all the way through from initial design to planning permission and building warrant applications, to scope of work definition and request for quotation, selection of the builder and finally obtaining completion certificate. Couldn't recommend Davide more, I'm so glad I commissioned him to work on my tenement redesign. He was always friendly, prompt and gave excellent advice. He managed the project from start to finish - designing the plans for the flat, dealing with Council building warrant and completion certificate, helping commission builders, and regularly visiting the site to liaise with contractors and ensure quality work. Davide made excellent suggestions for how to make effective use of space, which have undoubtedly increased the value of the property, and made the flat more functional for me to live in. Davide and his practice helped us secure planning approval for a double dormer conversion and open plan living space downstairs. He and his team acted very professionally and produced a good design incorporating our ideas and guiding us with their own expertise and recommendations.

I am happy to recommend Davide and his team for the excellent service they have provided. Davide worked closely with me regarding plans for renovating my home (a 150 year old mews coach-house over 3 floors in the west end of Glasgow ). The scope of the work includes a garage conversion, basement kitchen renovation with patio doors, reconfiguring the lounge and family bathroom layout and re-design of rooms including a bedroom with en-suite. The plans required several revisions and each time, Davide was adept at listening to my preferences and incorporating them. He was persistent in completing the plans including communicating with the local council planning department and complying with their additional requests. Additionally, Davide was helpful in providing effective solutions for the complex challenges presented by the property being located in a conservation area.
