FULL SERVICE APPOINTMENT Preferred by most of our clients as it gives them peace of mind. PRE-CONSTRUCTION APPOINTMENT Suitable for simple projects where you feel confident to appoint and manage the building contractor. KICK-START APPOINTMENT We submit the design on your behalf to Local Authorities and advise you on Party Wall matters. These are only 3 possible appointment thresholds. You are free to choose any combination of services to best suit your needs. You can also increase or reduce our involvement at any point throughout the process.
