Rubrics Architects is a design based RIBA chartered architecture practice in London. We are quickly establishing as a young and emerging architect with creativity, delivering bespoke architectural solutions for our clients. The team is highly experienced in providing comfortable homes including new builds, extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments.
We believe the centre of space is always human. Our approach endeavour precise response to the human that inhabits and to the place that receives them with strong focus in meticulous attention to the concept and details in achieving the wonderful perfume of architecture.

Outstanding design, high professionalism, and dedicated. Hired Jin from Rubrics Architects, as our architect for a full refurbishment of a victorian house. This was to be our "family home" so we had high demands. We felt we knew exactly what we wanted but Jin not only understood what we wanted but showed us how to improve on it. Really happy with the end result. This was also our first time doing a major refurbishment and as you may expect there will also be design situations one needs to solve given the site conditions. Jin was always there to help guide us and provide the reassurance and offer solutions. I believe Jin's design eye is outstanding and we have no hesitation to recommend him and would use him again if we ever did a refurbishment.

Jin was the architect for our Victorian house converted ground floor flat in Fulham. He was very helpful throughout from initial design to completion. Now we have a fantastic open plan living space which we couldn't be happier with. Very good sense of design with attention to detail as well as understanding our needs. Rubrics Architects has done fantastic job on my home. There was a serious problem in my garden so we needed to change the initial design twice but Rubrics always proactively suggested new designs by which i finally get my dream home. The Rubrics is very experienced in every steps such as party wall, plan permission, selecting engineer etc...It was very lucky to meet Rubrics and it would have been more costly and difficult to finish this project without the Rubrics.
