Sheldon Peever is an award winning multi disciplinary Architect's design studio with a carefully considered approach to its work. We work on a spectrum of projects from contemporary domestic extensions & interiors through to larger scale public & commercial buildings, from design concept to completion with a keen eye for detail. We like to work closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor a solution that meets their needs. We have a particular expertise in working sympathetically with listed buildings and in conservation areas to provide highly designed solutions. The studio collective was established by Christine Peever & Andrew Sheldon in 2011 having graduated from Brighton & East London schools of architecture and worked in professional practice for 10+ years. Christine is a Chartered Architect, RIBA member & is ARB registered.

Just completed a house extension and renovation with Sheldon Peever and Christine has been fantastic throughout. She listened to my wishes for the build and incorporated these into her own designs with some brilliant ideas. She provided extremely detailed plans to ensure the build ran smoothly and there were no surprises along the way. Even thought the build took place during Covid, Christine was always available either on site or by zoom and worked closely with the builders. I would highly recommend Christine!

Christine produced a major piece of work for us - almost completely knocking down a detached house and rebuilding something completely different. We gave her a difficult brief because there were a couple of structural features we wanted retained while asking for a very different style of house to the original. Christine produced a superb piece of design work. We are delighted with the finished home and it receives glowing praise from all who visit. Christine was creative, solution-oriented, efficient, cost effective and easy to work with. We would highly recommend her.

The drawings provided were very detailed and time was spent with us discussing and documenting all the small details, e.g where plug sockets should go.

My wife and I appointed Sheldon Peever to assist with the design of a proposed basement and separately to provide advice for options to extend two properties we wanted to purchase. We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project. Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision. Her note taking was faultless and she carried out all changes with exactness and efficiency, of which there were many! We also have to thank her for her endless patience during the decision making processes. She pushed us hard to make as many decisions as possible before going out to tender and this has inevitably assisted us with keeping our budget under control. We look forward to welcoming her back to the property shortly so that she can see what she helped us to create.
