SIG Design

We have had the pleasure of working with SIG Design since 2015. Most recently on a new build house. Martin was instrumental in gaining the required council approval. Martin worked closely with us to understand our needs for the build and in turn designed a practical and well organised 4 bedroom house. Martin also provided a first class service throughout the build and was always on hand for any guidance advice. We look forward to working with Martin again.

Martin was extremely helpful in assisting me when I needed to navigate the regulations for a driveway and dropped curb for my daughter's house in Basildon. Knowing how the Basildon Council and Essex Council curve up the responsibility is the first hurdle, then getting the right forms completed and submitted in the right order is the next! Martin provided the guidance we needed to make it all happen and was well worth the fee.
