Smart Architecture Ltd. was formed in 2006 and comprises Jonathan Leeson a qualified Architect for over 30 years who has worked in the architectural and housing development industry for over 40 years. Jonathan has the support of an Architectural Technologist who assist the practice.
Jonathan Leeson has worked in private architectural practice, been a director of a top end luxury housing development company and latterly a Regional Architect with national house building companies.
This means the practice is in the ideal position of knowing exactly what bespoke and corporate clients require for their architectural design work – obviously good quality cost effective design but with the added bonus of having been at the ‘sharp end’ having to sell the product; also fully understanding what the market needs.
