We are a young practice, formed in 2013 by Simon N Jones and Phil Clay. We are accomplished designers who pride ourselves on listening to the client and going that one step further in delivering a professional service to our clients

Services Provided

We offer feasibility and planning advice; prepare drawings to support planning, conservation and listed buildings application; building control applications; tender drawings and contract advice and administration.

We work throughout South and West Yorkshire (Sheffield, Wakefield and Leeds) and in London
