We commissioned Taylor Kay Architecture to design and project manage the complete refurbishment of our house and the construction of a large extension. We were particularly attracted by their expertise in energy efficiency and sustainability. The refurbishment included extensive insulation, installation of double glazing, photovoltaic cells and solar water heating, replumbing, rewiring and refitting of two bathrooms. During the design phase we were very impressed that they always liste de carefully to UR ideas and wishes incorporating them in their plans. They very efficiently drew up plans and contracts so that tendering went smoothly. During construction they managed the interface between us as clients and the builders with charm and tact so that all parties remained happy throughout a very successful build. We wholeheartedly recommend Taylor Kay Architecture.
