I chose Steph Skudder of TSA to update an aging apartment. Steph came up with some great ideas, and with her team of skilled tradesmen transformed the apartment into a beautiful modern living area. Steph managed the project efficiently, completing it on time and on budget. I would highly recommend TSA and Steph to anyone undertaking a similar project.

Having a house built from scratch is not easy but Steph from TSA and the help and input from Tim kept me sane and made sure everything went according to plan. Steph has some amazing ideas and sources fantastic furniture and engages the most professional trades to put everything together from the incredible kitchen, bathrooms, colours, tiling etc etc. I could go on. Overseen by her at all times. Always calm and professional. She made it a very enjoyable experience involving me at every stage. I have loved every minute. We worked with Steph on our refurbishment project consisting of a new kitchen, two new bathrooms flooring and redecorating throughout and are delighted with the end result. Following a negative experience with another architect, we came to TSA on the basis of a personal recommendation for which we will always be grateful. We felt immediately that we were in very safe hands. TSA took control of a demanding renovation/rebuild project and within a few days we had a clear visualisation of what the property was going to look like. As the project developed, they guided us through an involved and complex planning process, including Heritage and historic buildings aspects where diplomacy and sensitivity were essential. Throughout the project, they have always been attentive and approachable. We feel that they have gone above and beyond our expectations on all aspects of the build, as well as providing advice on interior design. The project took just over two years from that initial meeting to final delivery, and TS Associates were there every step of the way to advise and help us manage the various aspects of the job. Their patience and professionalism was consummate throughout, with incredible attention to detail and an unwavering determination to make sure the build stayed true to design. We used Tim and Steph to design and project manage major works in the kitchen and other areas of the house. They have created some wonderful spaces, that have totally changed the feel of the house. The structural ideas were excellent, as was the attention to detail on the interior design. Both Tim and Steph were lovely to work with, and they dealt quickly and calmly with any issues that arose. Steph has been helping us with the interiors on a large renovation project. She is incredibly easy to get along with and she made us feel really comfortable from the off. I could tell straight away from her beautiful home that I would absolutely love her style. Steph has given us her honest opinion throughout and supported some of our more daring ideas! TSA are without doubt the best architect's practice in Jersey. They are understated and provide a highly professional personal service and their design skills are exemplary. Their greatest skill is their attention to detail and all the staff support team are polite, friendly and nothing is too much.
