TTA Architects is a london based practice specialising in residential architecture. Our philosophy is that clear and careful communication is the core driving force to successful projects, and we pride ourselves on our design-led approach. As a practice we are creatively minded and driven to find new and improved ways to solve problems. Our ability to offer different technical solutions means that we can tailor each project to meet sustainability, performance, heritage and any other needs a client may have. We treat no two projects the same.

TTA Architects provided an excellent design service for a ground floor extension and loft conversion to my house, ensuring my requirements for the layout I wanted were met whilst also providing suggestions to maximise the space and light. They produced 3D renders to help visualise the look and feel of the rooms as well as suggesting materials and colours to compliment the layout. They have great knowledge of local planning requirements which minimised delays with approval.

Your Name: Rosalind Brewer TTA Architects did an exceptional job designing and managing the renovation project of our 3 bed house renovation. Their creativity, professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire project was absolutely amazing. We would 100% recommend and look forward to working with Beyond Design again on our new property.

TTA Architects did a fantastic job on a complete re-design and re-thinking of our Edwardian style London home. We thought we knew what we wanted but TTA Architects challenged us to think more radically and completely re-imagined the space in a way that went way beyond what we thought possible, skilfully avoiding the trap of seeing the project as simply an extension and instead leaving us with un-cluttered and light filled open plan areas. The finished project is unrecognisable from what was there before and has been universally admired. TTA Architects were flexible around the choice of contractors and worked with us to agree and source finishes and design details.

We hired TTA Architects on the recommendation of friends. I had met with a number of architects but prefer to go with personal recommendations. The project lasted a year and was over a year in the planning. From the moment we met with Taulant and his team we felt that we were in good hands. Not only is he an outstanding architect with an expected eye for detail and design but he goes beyond that. He's easy to work with, is practical, open and more importantly, has a good sense of humour. He came up with a design that we could never have envisaged and then made it happen on time. He works collaboratively and is a natural communicator.
