Michael's ideas, support and professionalism were fantastic, we felt very pleased that we found Vesta, and shall certainly be using them again for any future projects.

Came up with some great ideas. Very easy to work with, always approachable and easy to contact. We were new to the world of home renovation and Vesta Architects remained patient and made the whole process very clear which helped put us at ease. Had some issues regarding build cost which meant some rework of the designs - Vesta Architects were very reactive in making the tweaks required to bring us back in line to budget without negatively impacting what we wanted to achieve.

These architects are second-to-none. I am so grateful to Michael for all his hard work on our extensive two storey side and rear extension, with formation of front porch and rear box dormer in association with a loft conversion in Headington, Oxford. He was tasked with doing the building regulations plans following planning permission approval secured by another local architect firm. I found Michael to be extremely knowledgeable, experienced and diligent, and, strikingly, he has a formidable manner with clients - he is kind and has a characteristically unhurried attitude - nothing was too much bother for him and he strives for perfection and client satisfaction above anything else. Whenever I have called him, he has been generous with his time and always available. When he was on annual leave for one week, his colleague, Luis, covered so there was no standstill with the work. The work he did was of a very high standard, on time, and at a competitive rate. He worked well in the team with the structural engineer and builder. Many thanks for all your help with our project. We look forward to sending you photos of the finished building in due course! Michael and Luis also submitted plans for a 'build-over' agreement with Thames Water (TW) as stipulated by TW and buildings control. As a result of Vesta Architects' submitted drawings, TW wrote back that no agreement was actually required and TW refunded the application fee in full, which was a pleasant surprise. Brilliant work, Michael and Luis - thanks so much. These architects are second-to-none and work hard for their clients to achieve the optimal result. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without any reservations.

Luis has helped us to realise our idea of creating an open living space from the current segmented rooms and a new extension. He has given us help from design to cost to finding builders as well as sourcing material. The response has always been professional yet tailored for us. He has provided drawings with different possibilities when we didn’t know what to do and the applications have gone through very smoothly once we have made up our mind. Definitely recommend to work with.

Vesta Architects were recommended to us by a neighbour. We were very impressed with their imagination and sensitivity to budget in what was quite a tight brief with regard to scale and existing structure. They listened to our ideas and provided us with solutions which we could collaborate with them on. We have just received planning permission and soon the fun will begin!

Vesta were the architects for our loft conversion. Luis was very polite and knowledgeable when we met and he came to measure. We had a tight timescale and they worked hard to meet it, hitting the deadline a few days early in fact. We found them always willing to help, answer questions and make ammendments. The final design is great, we're really happy with it. To get to the final design took a few iterations and we felt that we worked closely with Vesta and it was a collaborative process. This was perfect for us as we like that, so if you like working with an architect and sharing your ideas with them and having these ideas incorporated then Vesta will be a good choice for you.

I used Vesta Architects for a single storey rear extension and internal renovation. Not having had much experience in the construction industry I was not sure about how the process worked. Michael at Vesta we’re incredibly helpful in this regard. At the start of the process they explained the required steps and what would should be expected at each stage. The renovation work went very smoothly and I am very thankful for Vesta’s part in this. I would highly recommend to family and friends.
