“I’d recommend Unity for any house renovation work big or small. We’ve recently had them complete a full downstairs renovation project. This included, a rewire, underfloor heating, structural work, replaster, kitchen, toilet fit, new glazing and much more. All aspects of this work were done to a really high standard. All the men that work for Unity respected our home so well and they made it possible for us to continue to live in the space whilst working around us. Any problems that occurred were responded to quickly and Elliot sat down and worked through solutions that made us feel comfortable. “An excellent job! Our wooden lean to greenhouse is pre First World War and although it has been ‘refurbished ‘ over the last years 50 years it is a bit out of line. Bespoke Joinery took on the task of making a new door for it. The door was made to our specifications and matches the rest of the green house. The fitting must have challenged their joinery skills We are impressed with the quality of the door and are delighted with it. I can feel a little smile coming on my face when I look down the garden.”

“FANTASTIC SERVICE. PARTICULARLY BLOWN AWAY BY LEVEL OF AFTERCARE SUPPORT. Sue and Donatas from Ecclesall Design provided a fantastic service from start to finish. We loved Donatas' approach to providing outside the box thinking with multiple design ideas that we were guided to hone, and the quality of the work was always exceptional. It was however the after-sales service we experienced (which takes place mostly via liaison with Sue) which has been nothing short of incredible. Our building plans became drawn out for several reasons which meant our submission for planning permission came 2.5 years after we'd had our ‘final’ drawings in hand. By this point we felt we were essentially to Sue and Donatas a fully paid up, historic customer. We were unaware of the 'back end' of the design process including submission to planning, liaison with building control and all the to and fro this involves. The level of ongoing support we received from Sue during this aspect of the project was amazing. She was highly responsive to our many phone calls and emails and went out of her way to provide information to help support us dealing with questions from our neighbours. She was very pro-active and took a lead during all the liaison with the planning office, only involving us where we needed to be. She was in tune with where we were up to and also seems to be well connected, able to draw on professional networks around planning and building control to provide answers to difficult questions. On several occasions our supposed ‘final’ designs went back to Donatas for revisions and he did these really quickly for us, again to the same high standard. Disclaimer: we don't have extensive experience with other architects. Nevertheless we’ve been around long enough to know that the after care service provided by Ecclesall Design felt far more than just a ‘run of the mill’ offering. This standard of professionalism, integrity and commitment to customer experience is something you don’t realise the importance of till it isn’t there. The way Ecclesall Design seem to run their company by placing such importance on this clearly speaks of the personal values of Sue and Donatas. We cannot recommend them highly enough.”
