LKM Design
Architects in Nashua, NH
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars21 December 2016
“LKM Design completed a whole house renovation (and major addition) with us. I say "with us" versus "for us" intentionally. She listened to all of our thoughts , comments, concerns during the design process. In turn, this lead to a very smooth construction process. She was a true professional, as was her staff. I would highly recommend her for any project!”
RappArchitecture
Architects in Nashua, NH
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars18 November 2012
“Greg Rapp is not only an excellent architect, but an extremely thoughtful and gracious person. He is a great listener, and paid close attention to the (sometimes idiosyncratic) wishes of my husband and me; he also was able to explain and clarify his decisions and design concepts in ways that we were able to understand. He worked well and easily with our GC, and was a great liaison with Timberpeg. He worked efficiently and kept the process moving in a timely way. Greg was always able to come up with creative solutions to design problems that we could not figure out. He was patient, good-humored, and easy to be with. We could not recommend him more highly. Unfortunately, the wonderful, unique, personalized house that Greg designed for us between June and December 2011 was never built - shortly before the day of ground-breaking, my husband had a stroke. All plans were suspended, and a few weeks later we cancelled the project which was a huge disappointment to everyone.”

“Megan was wonderful to work with. My project involved working with an older structure with a lot of constraints. Megan took the time to understand my needs, was creative in suggesting multiple designs I could choose from. She is detail oriented, responsive, punctual and fairly priced.”
Nashawtuc Architects, Inc.
Architects in Nashua, NH
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars30 November 2016
“Holly, Lisa, and the team at Nashawtuc were incredible to work with (twice!). We have now built two homes with them and have been more then thrilled. Lisa's capacity for information knows no bounds. She is always motivated to find the best solution, she researches whatever it takes, she dives deep down on every single detail. Her creative and solid solutions for the complexity of our home were truly amazing. She worked with our builders incredibly well and she helped us achieve an incredible dream home!”
Light House Design
Architects in Nashua, NH
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars20 March 2013
“Light House Design was the architecture firm I hired for a major house renovation involving knocking down interior walls, adding a four season porch, moving a bathroom, adding a deck and front entryway, as well as new windows, roof, exterior siding, and electrical system. They provided a thoughtful and attractive design in keeping with the style of the house. They listened to our goals and suggestions and often incorporated them in the drawings they created. When they disagreed, they explained why the suggestions were impossible or undesirable. Very attentive to detail, and cost conscious. They were also helpful in providing an objective viewpoint of the contractor's work”

Acorn Deck House Company
Architects in Nashua, NH
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars25 February 2015
“Acorn/Deck House now a subsidiary of Trudeau occupies a storied place in the history of American manufactured housing and an equal place in the development of North American modern residential architecture and design. That this company has remained operational and served customers in some form almost without interruption since 1959 is a significant feat given the ups and downs of the real estate and housing markets. That one can still purchase from them the replacement parts and upgrade materials, obtain accurate blueprints for houses built over 40 years ago and converse with people who have absorbed and can relate the experiences and technological developments that have effected these houses makes for a situation unique in the housing industry. In this sense the extraordinary legacy of the Deck House continues to grow. Deck house owners today can expect knowledgeable advice rooted in decades of experience as regards upgrading the energy performance of the older deck houses. They can purchase replacement beams, flooring and exposed cedar ceiling materials that will match and fit houses built in the 1960's and 1970's. They can purchase stylistically consistent components to add on to these houses. They can be referred to builders experienced and knowledgeable as regards the style and construction method. That the original mission of Deck has been expanded to a broader range of style and to create the Next House system bodes well for today's home buyers and builders. As a custom home builder who also offers kit house options and works on the restoration of classic mid-century and modern homes. My relationship with Deck House has been essential.”
SpaceCraft Architecture
Architects in Nashua, NH
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars16 June 2015
“We wanted to improve the flow of our home, and also add an in-law suite, new kitchen and garage. It was important to us that the addition look like it was a part of the original structure. We were able to accomplish all of this. The project was complicated and Sally was able to deliver! Our neighbors are thrilled with the addition. We get compliments on it all the time. Inside, it is comfortable and works for our everyday life as well as for entertaining. Sally puts the client first, always! She is thoughtful, creative, respectful, enthusiastic, and she treats each project as if it is her first. She has a fantastic team as well. Working with SpaceCraft was a lot of fun, exceeding our expectations!”
Steven Baczek Architect
Architects in Nashua, NH
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars13 May 2014
“Over the years I worked with Steve on numerous projects ranging from new construction to renovation. I also got the opportunity to use a range of materials from exotic woods to repurposed boards to state of the art products, and I can say that its always a pleasure to work with him. He is both a building professional and also a solid clients advocate. He does a fantastic job presenting his clients vision in a well sketched out and thoroughly documented format, thus avoiding the delays and ambiguity you get from paper napkin drawings. He is an architect who is very easy to work, but also demands the very best in product and quality for his clients. You can't go wrong when you go with Steve Baczek.”
Andersen Miller Design
Architects in Nashua, NH
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars17 July 2013
“We worked with Andersen Miller Design in the design and construction of our contemporary home in Mar Vista. They were excellent. Over the course of the 1-year planning process and the 1-year construction process, they were great collaborators and always committed to building something that was both beautiful and functioned beautifully for our family. Matt Andersen-Miller worked closely with our contractor and regularly visited the site. He was always cost-conscious and worked with us to stay on budget and make choices about when to splurge (and when not to). We love our house and would love to work with them in the future.”
