“Amit has worked and completed one successful project for us - Wardo Avenue in Parsons Green. This was a large house, we acquired on probate and therefore in a terrible condition. It needed restructuring, remodelling and extensions throughout. He was able to take the headache away, consult with all third parties such as the structural engineer, council and planning consultants along with bringing his own team of excellent builders to design, plan and project manage a 10 month project. Most of all, this was all at an amazing price. At tender, they were different from the competition because they offer a comprehensive costing and quotation which was not far from reality once the project was finished. They have a good eye for design, and with their in house builders and excellent sourcing, we achieved a luxury finish but at high street prices! He has an excellent source list and happy to do all the running around. His company works without fixed hours (so almost a 4th emergency service) and they are extremely personable. We could have had a 10 month ordeal, but instead it was the opposite. I would strongly reccomend using Aflux if you want to take the hassle away and get a team that offers real design quality and a look of luxury but without the price tag of the usual london interior designers!”

“We are very lucky to have used Karim as our structural engineer. We live on a slope which comes with a lot of extra things that need to be considered when doing ground works. Karim was meticulous with his calculations and great at communicating what he had proposed and why. I felt like he treated our home extension project like his own. Karim has been available at any time for me as a self builder. We have great confidence in Karim. He was happy to work with trades, Thames water, council building control and anyone else we needed to make sure things ran smoothly. Based on all of the above, we would strongly recommend him.”
