“Fiddes Architects have been fantastic. From understanding the brief right at the beginning to managing the whole process and delivering on time and to budget I could not fault them. Communication was also excellent. Always had time to discuss issues and make recommendations without pushing or persuading. I felt it was my project but with all the support I needed when I needed it. The team work well together and it is clear that there is trust between architect and builder. I would thoroughly recommend them. My house is modern, efficient and thoroughly beautiful. I love it.”

“My house is a two bedroomed bungalow built in the twenties which I have lived in for the past 35 years. Now retired … I dreamed of a house with more room and light … a happy, modern home which I could comfortably grow old in … but I could not envisage an addition to my property which would compliment the traditional style. Nikki came to the rescue and plans were drawn up for a new kitchen diner, utility room and shower room with large full length windows which surprisingly blend in with the old part of the house. Hyve, the building contractor and myself were a team with the same vision of high standards and attention to detail and with Tess project managing the build … it made life much less stressful for myself. I am more than delighted with my new home and would highly recommend Hyve for the very efficient and first class service they provide.”

“Having found a unique site, we commissioned Roundhouse Architecture to work with us to design a unique build befitting of the panoramic landscape and our requisite for a family home. Norman and Graeme recognised what we wanted to achieve and worked patiently with us from early concept, through planning submission to completion of our lovely home.
