“Rob Harbeson and Adam Wagner at Market Square Architects PLLC ("MSA") simply did an amazing job in the overall process of designing our home. The concept meetings and design suggestions for our 6,600SF residence located in Rye Beach NH with MSA were flawless and the recommendations as made by Rob and his team were then carried out and constructed by the custom builder Dick Southwick (Southwick Construction, Inc.) who did an amazing job at constructing a one-of-a-kind luxurious home in Rye. In meeting with Rob and his team, from the early discussions and hand sketches of conceptual ideas through a myriad of physical design idea changes during the construction process, every phase and facet of our project was done in exemplary fashion! All of the design architects at MSA were very accommodating and welcoming of ideas and changes and made the entire process seamless and stressless. We especially appreciated the 3-D walkthroughs of the residence as designed and created by MSA so we could get a "feel" and "flow" of the home prior to the physical construction. Every member of the MSA team was appreciated by us and their guidance was simply invaluable. We highly recommend Rob Harbeson and his team at MSA for any project both large and small. Simply said, the entire team was incredibly professional, reliable, cost efficient, and effective at every stage of our main house project and detached carriage house project.”

“Tony Fallon was recommended to us by a realtor as we needed an architect to develop plans for a home we wanted to build in New England. He took the time to visit us in Texas to get an idea of our current lifestyle and to hear specifics about what we envisioned for our retirement home. He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade and doesn't hesitate to offer his expert opinions. Though we may not agree with everything he suggests, he is respectful of our choices. We have enjoyed the computer-generated drawings that helped us through all the stages of the process, a true convenience since we live so far away. He has availed himself to us whenever we were able to visit the construction site and he got us started on selecting finishes for the house. Tony is overseeing the entire project and we are confident that any issue that arises will be dealt with promptly and professionally. In addition to being an outstanding architect, he is very personable man who is both family and community-oriented. We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an architect!”

“For more than two years commencing in August 2002 I worked with Hope and Brad of Salmon Falls Woodworks to restore and renovate a large c1725 house my husband and I purchased in 2001. We lived in the house throughout the project, and what could have been fraught with tension and difficulty was a wonderful adventure. There is not a room in the house that they did not touch with their skill and care. The kitchen and laundry area presented a major design and construction challenge, but Brad and Hope transformed a warren of small dark rooms into a beautiful, sunny space that functions perfectly for two active cooks. While remaining true to the spirit and aesthetic of the house this space now has 21st century efficiency and satisfies our modern desire to connect the interior with the garden and landscape beyond. It was a delight to work with two people whose high standards matched my own. Hope and Brad are experienced craftsmen who work with great sensitivity, conscientiousness and integrity. Further, their design and execution skills for both cabinet making and general construction are unmatched in my experience. Any client is well advised to trust Salmon Falls Woodworks to deliver a beautifully executed project.”

“AECm has been a pleasure to work with. I hired them to design a new home with enough space to accommodate our family and growing home-based businesses. They made the entire process very easy. We provided our “must haves” and “wants” and in a relatively short period of time, they provided us with a unique concept that we would have never come up with on our own. The outside of the house is amazing and not your average cookie cutter house. From there, the floor plan was developed to not only accommodate our needs but to make the most efficient use of space. To get everything we wanted and have an energy efficient home is a dream come true. Every aspect of the house is perfect and I can’t thank Tim Nichols enough for making it happen. It’s absolutely beautiful!”
