“Stuart was so very helpful to me during my recent planning application to Durham council. He was prompt and efficient, indeed he visited the property within a day of me contacting him and had all the plans drawn up within a couple of days. He even completed and lodged the application form with the council when I was experiencing problems doing this online. He did all this for an exceptionally reasonable price. “We recently had our kitchen and utility re-modelled by Tony P Ltd, they took note of all our requirements and advised on choice of materials and fittings right down to the bespoke kitchen table. All the work was carried out to the timescales as promised, the standard of workmanship from all of the contractors was excellent and the Project Manager (Andy) was on site everyday, again as promised. Everyone involved in the process was friendly, cheerful and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending Tony P Ltd , thanks guys!”

“Clive Elsdon drew up plans for of a kitchen extension for us and we were delighted with the work. He was careful to make certain he knew exactly what we wanted and discussed our needs with us .He advised us appropriately and arranged all LA planning requests and ongoing checks. He liaised with our builders from the start and when required throughout the build. When we decided on some alterations to the original plan he was quick to provide new drawings. Overall a thoroughly satisfactory operation. I was a complete novice where building work was concerned and Clive guided me through the lot; for which I was extremely grateful.”
