“We have been working with Liv Companies on the major kitchen and bath remodel of our LaGrange, IL home, which included removing big walls, new electrical, and new plumbing. We wanted a character home with a more modern layout, but were intimidated by the renovation process. Dave and Russ have made the whole thing so easy from start to finish. When we were house hunting, they helped us understand the potential of homes as well as the budget that would be required to help us achieve our vision. During the renovation process, working with a company where the architect and the builder are partners and have a track record of working together made the whole process smooth and seamless. Most importantly, the design and the execution of that design was flawless and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. “We collaborated with Meyer Design for the interior design/decoration of a beautiful new home designed by their firm. They were consistently helpful providing us with floor plans, details and very knowledgeable, which helped us immensely when making field changes. Their help was crucial to provide the client with the best interior possible. They were always very professional and went out of their way to work on this project. They helped us meet deadlines and stay on budget. The home was (grand total) over 8,000 square feet that included a full finished basement.”
