“GHK helped us with planning and listed building consent for both some single glazed sash windows and a larger fiddly sub basement dig out at the front of the house which had a number of joins and links to pre-existing structures. Sensible, practical and generally timely approach and didn’t take any nonsense from an errant builder!”

Do not be fooled by the company name - they do far more than just decorating! In summary Ryan's Decorators offer and deliver a first class service at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“We hired Huntsmore to refurbish two bathrooms in our house completely, including plumbing in one of the bathrooms. Working with Eamonn was a pleasure, and the fee was easily worth it. The prices we ended up paying for the hardware were significantly below retail price, and total savings probably ended up close to the cost of the fee anyway. Even if we had seen no savings at all, I would probably still say it was worth it. The entire process was completely hassle free, and dealing directly with Eamonn left us feeling very comfortable that everything was being handled, without having to pay attention to all the details around the job. Would definitely recommend Huntsmore to anyone with a renovation project.”

“Tom and his team have been outstanding and so professional from day one. They take the time and care to explain all processes step by step including fee proposals and looking at time lines. They have listened to us patiently and respectfully even when I’ve come put with some crazy ideas but found a solution that was not only pleasing but better than I could have imagined. Will has been brilliant at responding efficiently and immediately no matter how silly the questions they may be, making the team very approachable. He has worked and listened to us and asked all the right questions to find a design that suits our needs but is practical. Both Tom and Will at each point have also kept us advised regarding budget at each step and clear about how the changes we want to make may impact that but more importantly rather than dismissing these ideas, looked for solutions and compromises where necessary which we would be happy with while trying to stay on target budget. We can not recommend them highly enough and have also used the team on much larger projects.”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“Emilie helped us with the renovation of our newly purchased home and we were very satisfied with the end result. She helped us navigate through some difficult choices of decoration and painting, had great teams of builders/painters/electricians/plumbers etc and throughout the entire process she demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. Emilie was always very responsive to email, would answer very quickly to email and phone calls and would come on site a least once a day, sometimes a lot more. We had a good idea of what we wanted but she allowed us to translate them in clear instruction for the builders. Emilie also came up with some great additional idea to brighten the house. She was also able to help us to execute the overall restoration at a very good price. I would recommend Emilie to anyone looking to start a new project in London. She understand what you need and how much you can spend and will make your dream house become a reality”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”
