“Having had been left a plot of land from my fathers estate(pony land) I asked James of JETArch DesignLTD to design two houses and obtain full planning permission from my local council planners department. Over the course of 7-8months Not only did James achieve this, planning was granted at the first attempt. I would point out this was not straight forward and many surveys were carried out and had to be evaluated.
