“We are very fortunate to have Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel recently complete an extensive remodel of our home. This is the third project in less than 2 years I have completed with Steve. I was looking for a contractor who could understand and bring my design tastes to life. Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel did so. Steve is not only the general contractor; he is also the designer and spent an extensive amount of time discussing what we wanted in the remodel of our home. We have unique taste and we were quite concerned that we could not find a designer and contractor to create what we had in mind, much less understand what we were describing. Steve offered excellent suggestions, has an amazing sense of design and style and he pays a great deal of attention to detail. He has an uncanny ability to look at existing space and recreate it into a useable & functional area. He came up with fantastic design ideas that really makes our house not just a home, but a place of relaxing refuge. His ability to solve challenging storage problems on this remodel was a great relief. I found Beautiful Remodel to have excellent communication, his work crew and subcontractors came on time, were courteous and at the end of work days the job site was left in a clean state. Beautiful Remodel gave accurate job cost estimates. Where unforeseen issues were discovered, Steve was very good about informing me what the problems were and what the costs to correct them would be. In a job of this scope, there are unknown expenses that are going to impact job estimates. I would rehire Beautiful Remodel again in a minute and I can highly recommend and endorse Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel to anybody that wants an outstanding contractor that can deliver amazing results. In my opinion, if you are looking for a remodeling contractor that understands your remodel budget, is excellent with job progress communication, offers design or remodel suggestions, does quality work and spends plenty of time LISTENING to what you would like to have the end result look or feel like, Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel is your company. “The fact that we have hired Sandra Harrigan of Studio H for three separate remodeling projects is a testament to her talent and our satisfaction with her work. The first project for our 1960 ranch style home included a footprint expansion to create a master bedroom suite, complete with a large spa-style bathroom with 2-person soaker tub, and a large walk-in closet. Her concepts to reconfigure the space were amazing and allowed us to replace the shed-style laundry room on the back porch with a beautiful and highly functional laundry inside the house. Her attention to detail, knowledge of materials and the newest products, and her super approachable personality, made for an easy and rewarding process. The new kitchen is large and functional and gorgeous, with a stunning, oversized window to view the back yard. Sandra was involved throughout the process from the initial concepts to the final installation and staging of furniture and accessories. We couldn't have been happier.”

“We have worked with Mike Rust on a number of projects and he is really the only one that we would have design a housing project or addition for us. Our styles mesh which also makes it easy to work with him. Mike designed our FLW house and it is unbelievably pleasing to the eye both inside and out. He was able to position our house on the lot in such a way that we have maximum views which another architect might ignore by focusing only on the house. He is now designing a FLW courtyard to adjoin the FLW house he designed for us. We are a huge Mike Rust Architect fan! Mike has intimate knowledge on the designs of FLW and I am sure other organic architects, so I would recommend him highly.”
