“John took our ideas for a new kitchen extension and developed the plans and proposal so that we gained planning permission without any issues. John also attended the parish council planning meeting to ensure there were no issues at this stage. With his help and guidance a specification was developed from which we were able to have a number of contractors bid, going on to select one to complete the build. Although we knew exactly what we wanted out of this project we initially had trouble engaging builders before we started working with John, due to the unusual construction methods being used. With John’s expertise, advice and attention to detail on-board the project was completed and we have been enjoying the kitchen extension for the last six months.”

“Porter Haworth Architectural Design was influential in conception and obtaining planning for our project. The Planning process can be tricky to navigate, Steve's experience and previous encounters with the council was pivotal in us obtaining our tricky planning approval. He will also test your resolve in ideas to make sure you know yourself, its actually what you want it to look like. The details you may miss or have not thought about, Steve has the skill set to high light and amend before it impacts the build. He also recommended other quality professionals to use completing the planning process. Our project was small but none was straight forward. Which Steve took in his stride, we are very grateful for his help and services.”

“I Hired WDA, Sept 2013 To Look at prospect of Land I had for Development and the appraisal for gaining Planning Permission for an Eco Style House, which they gave me their opinions and eventually we were Successful in getting Planning permission on a Beautifully Designed House by the team early 2014 (App No 2/2014/0064/PLNG, I have now Recently sold the Plot and the Build will start shortly, November 2016 “I wanted to thank you both, firstly it was good to meet nice people and further more for your damn good work. “I hired DB Drawing Studios Architects Drawings for a single story extension and 1st floor balcony. I was impressed with the detail and accuracy. As the customer all my views were attentively considered and came to the right solution. On attending local planning committee they where impressed with The Artistic impression drawings and enabled them to get an instant impression. No problems with planning sales straight through. Although I did not build the extension fully due to financial constraints I did do The Balcony and Windows. Having been pleased once I would not hesitate to use them again and would gladly recommend them.”

“An initial discussion with Ian Stanley convinced us that he would be the right person to help us 're-imagine' our 60's style flat-roof property into a stylish modern home with a low-pitched roof and free-flowing interior. Ian has not only created an elegant design - both exterior and interior - but has been instrumental at all planning and technical stages, making sure that the project has progressed unhindered. We have been particularly impressed by his ability to take our often very sketchy ideas and bring them to life. We are now in week 13 of a 21 week project and are very happy with progress and the results so far. We are also grateful to Ian for his many contributions along the way, helping us to select our builder, some key suppliers and also presenting ideas and suggestions for interior and exterior finishes and fittings. We have always found Ian to be polite, courteous and ever willing to help along the way - a very professional contribution that has been highly valuable at all stages of our project. His early guidance on budgets and timescales has also been shown to be extremely accurate. We plan to use Xspace again in the near future.”
