After a frustrating couple of years having several planning applications rejected we sought advice from the person who lived in a contemporary house we had often admired. It turned out that this was Matthew Wintersgill of W & M Architects. He went on to analyse the reasons why our applications had failed and we immediately felt he understood our requirements and how to have the design accepted by the local planning authorities. We therefore asked Matthew to design our house and he fortunately agreed. On completion we immediately won the Civic Society award and we remain delighted with the light, airy, low energy spaces that Matthew has created and considerate ourselves very fortunate to live in such a beautiful house.
MODEL Projects Ltd

Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.

I am a trustee of a registered charity, we used Nic Antony to create a garden area for our pre school. Nic Antony were amazing in the service that they gave to us. They were professional and very thorough, whilst offering a friendly and reliable service. We will be instructing them again during the coming weeks, for another building project. I would 100% recommend Nic Antony, they are fantastic.

I have been working with Design Squared for nearly two years now as there photographer. Dealing with Design Squared is a pleasure, and i always enjoy photographing there projects. When meeting there clients, i always get great feedback on how professional they are, and the way the operate. I deal mainly with Alice, the office manager, who is always very friendly, and helps me a great deal with the specifics of each photoshoot. I would highly recommend them!
Robert Rhodes Architecture + Interiors

Hello, We are a family of 4 who bought a listed building maisonette in Camden 3 years ago with the idea to modify the property layout completely and to refurbish the flat. We hired Robert Rhodes to propose options, to help us with the design and to submit the Listed building application to the Camden Council. Based on our experience, I highly recommend Robert Rhodes. He was reliable, responsive, very documented, very much aware of and used to the listed building application process and challenges. Working with him was a pleasure from start to finish and he largely contributed to the success of the project. I am happy to be contacted for further reference and information on marie_heraud@hotmail.com. Marie

Working with Archea was a fantastic experience. They completely transformed my house - and the way I live in it. They listened carefully to my vision and then created a space that makes me feel happy every single day. I often find myself just staring at the way the skirting board elegantly falls down the kitchen step, or the way all of the light fittings are at precisely the same height... the attention to detail is exemplary. The refurbishment took six months and the team Archea bought in, were very skilled and considerate. Throughout the project I felt informed, consulted and generally looked after - what could have been a stressful experience was actually really rewarding. I can't recommend working with Archea more highly.
Trevor Brown Architect

Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.

Excellent, innovative and friendly. Challenges you and pushes for use of interesting materials. If you want something original and not an identikit extension, AR'CHIC is a great choice and good value.

I worked with Dust on a total redevelopment, knock down and rebuild of two semi detached victorian bungalows. In their place we now have 2 wonderful modern light spacious properties. Great design, thought and creativity from Dust.
Russell Taylor Architects

This was a major project ( over £ 1 mn ) and Russell was clear sighted throughout about the huge potential of the property . All his ideas gelled into producing a harmonious whole . Sensitive to the views of his client but provides excellent independent advice . Terrific attention to detail from initial drawings to supervision of builder . Planning Permission was expected to be a problem but his creativity and focus on the issue secured a successful result . If we could not envisage his idea he would create a model of life size drawings which were hugely helpful . Established a good professional relationship with the builder but was quick to spot even small issues which were corrected in good time . He finished two years ago but we still say how lucky we were to find him .
