“We met a few architects and Adrian was the one we warmed to the most. We hit a number of objections with the planners but 6 amended drawings later and Adrian’s patience we got planning permission. Our development is just coming to an end and we are delighted with the results. Now for the hard work, decorating choosing furnishings etc! We would highly recommend Adrian to help with anyone’s project.”

“Tim and Mark were both involved in our development of a former Chapel into a holiday cottage. We found them to be excellent in dealing with the planning process and coming up with constructive solutions to some of the problems we faced from the planners in converting a non residential building. It was great to be able to leave that part of the process in their capable hands. They had a good grasp of our objectives in their design, and were willing to work with our builder to ensure we were happy with the final build. They were also approachable yet professional in their dealings with everyone involved. We would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“I can't recommend Richard highly enough. We purchased a large property built in 1836, it needed a lot of work. Richard was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly drew up plans for the entire house which is 3 floors and a cellar. He listened to what we wanted to change and made fantastic suggestions. He made the enquiries we needed to check planning issues with the council. He liaised with our builders on what we wanted. He organised structural engineers to visit, and specialist damp people to look at our cellar. He is always quick to respond and didn't mind when we changed our mind countless times. We are delighted with our beautiful family home. Richard's experience was invaluable and we have used him on a number of other projects relating to our business.”

He listened to what we wanted (rather than impose his ideas) and then offered different options to develop our idea, based on his experience and skills. The cost estimate was transparent and exactly as expected, as was the project plan presented at the outset. Most importantly, however, when communicating to us any objections raised by the planning office, Nick and his team had already devised a solution with which planning (with whom they obviously have good relations) were satisfied meaning that, despite a number of hurdles, the process was hassle free from our perspective. As I say, extremely impressed and highly recommended.”
