“We have worked with Stephen Flanagan & Studio One on two significant renovation projects at our home in Atlanta. The first was a major reno & addition to a 10 year old home in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. Stephen helped us solve several major space issues and we absolutely love our house (inside & out). Spaces included new ktchen, garage conversion to den, new pool, lani & 2-story garage with a bonus room on second floor connected to house by an outdoor eating area & lanscaping. The second reno was a master bedroom/bath & a guest room & Jack/Jill bath. Again Stephan was wonderful to work with and we couldnt be happier with our new space!”

“Robert M. Cain was the architect for my home, completed in 2009. Photos are elsewhere on this site. Robert M. Cain (Bob) is a brilliant designer and superlative master of construction oversight. As the project began, he listened carefully to us and perfectly and seamlessly incorporated our desires into the house. The building is both beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is a LEED Platinum Home. It has many high performance features such as solar panels and geothermal heat pumps. Passive solar concepts are inherent in the design and allow us the be comfortable much of the year without heating or air conditioning. It has many windows and feels like it is in a forest, although the location is urban. It is a calm and cheerful house. Working with Bob and his staff was a completely delightful experience; it was satisfying in every way. Mary B.”

“We are so happy with our experience! The architect and also the GC, Woody was so immersed, dedicated to our project- he guided us when decisions had to be made with excellent communications skills and also humor! It was exciting to see it all happen- and it was on time! We were living in the basement during the renovation and one night, it was storming, pouring rain- and this was before we had the roof completed, and he shows up in the middle of the night just to check on things to make sure water wasn't coming in! He was also very good at keeping us in-check with our budget. We are very happy with our new home!!”

“I have used Norris Broyles on three projects. He has done complete house design, an in-law suite, and my current project, a finished basement to include bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and a few other modifications. On each project, Norris Broyles created superior design work and his plans are so complete that my contractors rarely had a single question during the construction. One of Norris’ skills, besides design, is communication. On each project, Norris listened intently to what I wanted the completed project to look like and each time he has delivered. He is wonderful at translating ideas into a finished plan. His wealth of experience comes into play with each project.
