“We recently had Unity Development Group complete our garden landscaping and patio installation, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly experts in their field from start to finish. The whole process was very collaborative. They took the time to really understand what we wanted and even suggested ideas that made the final design even better. Communication was excellent, and we were always kept in the loop on progress and costs. In fact, due to the collaborative nature of the company and having the flexible ability of the Cost Plus agreement, Unity came in under budget, meaning we actually received a saving on the initial projected cost. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The patio looks amazing, and the landscaping has completely transformed our outdoor space. You can tell they really care about the details, and we are so pleased to have our garden back from where it was before they started! Our experience was nothing but positive, and we’re so happy with the work they did. We’ve already started planning our next project with them. As a homeowner it is really hard to find trustworthy professionals and sadly we have had experience of the some of the cowboys that are out there. “Reliability, professionalism, trust and respect would be the main traits I’d use to describe David, Richard and the guys who have worked at our place. From the initial visit until the completion date, David and the team were exceptionally good in terms of communication, clarity of timelines, costs, process, etc. Despite it being a somewhat daunting process for us as we had no knowledge in this area, we felt we always knew at what stage we were and, even with some delay (at no fault of their own), we always felt “in control” and supported. Their appreciation for the level of stress that such a major disruption would bring to our lives (we are a family with very young children) was admirable, and they always looked to accommodate to our needs very sensibly, often going the “extra mile” to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. In the issues we had, and that always happen in this context, there was always a clear acknowledgment of responsibility, and the solutions were immediately found and applied. We are extremely happy with the outcome and won’t hesitate in recommending the services from “Bespoke Joinery & Building/ Nottingham”. We will, most certainly, use their services again.
