“Great Architect! Imaginative as well as pragmatic. "We met Keri as we were planning a kitchen renovation, screened-in porch addition and front porch portico addition which would require a variance from the local zoning board. Keri came over to chat, get a sense of our space, our interior design style, and review our scope of needs versus wants (something very important). We could tell immediately that Keri was able to envision what we were looking for as the end result. Keri completely re-designed (what I thought was already a great design because I did it!) our kitchen space in a creative, timeless, far more efficient design than I could ever think of. Keri displayed her strong technical expertise and design sensitivity when drawing our three season porch and portico. Everything was brought to life in not only perfect scale but also considerate of the home's age and it's placement into the neighborhood landscape. Keri is very detail oriented but has a unique way of translating those details into a cohesive design that you can understand and relate to. Keri was always available for us. She was prompt, prepared, and eased our fears throughout the entire process. That's the kind of experience you want when going thru a design and construction project.”

“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. “Michael referred my interior design firm to his client, this homeowner, to work with his team of general contractor, architecture and interior design. The project was a major renovation and addition to a colonial home. Throughout the project Michael, his employees and team were professional, communicated, were available, followed through and had creative and boundary stretching ideas for this home. The transformation is remarkable. The client continues years later to enjoy her home. One of the memorable ideas that Michael had was the 12 foot window in the kitchen. In closing it is a pleasure to work with Michael Kim and Associates. “My wife and i had a small house in newton, mass. We had at the time three young boys and not enough room for all so we started looking aroind and we found Allen Taylor he came over and started working away on plans for new addition we met with builder and all went perfect never met someone that went out of his way to make shure things were done to specs so we had him draw plans for a garage city approved it and agin everyone involved in building it said they were inrest by him”
