“I engaged Ashish of “RARA Designz” as designer for home improvement for small area extension in one corner to build prayer/Pooja room. Prior to his site visit, I had a plan in my mind to extend the area in both levels, ground and upper floors. His guidance and recommendation in the very first interaction, using the cost versus usable benefit approach, helped me to decide to go with only ground level improvement. This simple decision had a huge positive impact on right scoping of the project. During the course of detailing of drawings, his providing the drawings as options analysis helped me make choices for specific situations. He provided service in a timely manner, setting the expectations upfront. He provided statement of work, and transparent pricing based on expected hours of work. Overall, I am happy and satisfied to have contracted “RARA Designz” for home improvement design service.”

“Wendy went above and beyond staging my listing in River Creek. I would never hire anyone else and I have dealt with other stagers before. She is overqualified as she is an architect by trade but that is another advantage of hiring her. Her furniture was of the highest quality and perfect for the home. I believe the home sold because of her efforts.”

“I hired Carolyn to design and create plans for a kitchen renovation. We ended up making modifications to most of our first floor and the finished area of our basement. Carolyn was so easy to work with. We really enjoyed the design phase with her, and she brought a sense of calm and problem solving when there was a challenge with our renovation. She is very attentive and was quick to respond with ideas when we we had questions. I would absolutely hire her again if/when we decide to turn our house upside down in the future.”

“Christiane created a design plan for our newly purchased four-story townhouse that transformed it from a blank canvas (all white rooms with very limited furniture) to a beautiful contemporary home. We know what we like, but we needed someone who could help us see how furniture and décor would fit in the space and pull it all together into a modern sophisticated home. We work long hours, so it was a huge help to have Christiane’s design involvement. Christiane found great pieces for the house but also listened to us when we saw things we liked. She was conscious of our budget and very good about showing us options within a variety of price ranges. She was fun to work with and always responsive. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.”

“Anthony designed our "Green" house, to include geothermal heating, air conditioning, and hydronic radiant floor heat; all natural materials including reclaimed wood, all wood custom cabinets, stone/concrete floors, all-wood interior trim, cedar/stone/cement board exterior; all low/no VOC products; energy efficient casement windows; custom built vanities and other features; and attic design/rough-ins for future living space. Anthony was completely involved, provided oversight, and intervened when necessary, in every phase of the project, from design to building to punch list to warranty work. His knowledge and expertise resulted in a National Green Building Standard (NGBS) "Silver" rating, and his involvement and personalized service exceeded our expectations. You won't find anyone in the building industry more dependable and easier to with; he's like an island in shark infested waters.”

“We have worked with Tom Gilbride, president of T.J. Gilbride Architects, on a few projects and are currently building one with them now. Tom's approach with the clients is excellent. He takes the time to make sure they understand the details of the project before it's being built. His knowledge of details and products available on the market is extensive. He makes clients feel informed and at ease during the whole design and construction process. From a general contractor's position working with his drawings, we have been pleased with the level of detail and clarity they provide. He's also involved on the construction side of projects from a construction administrative standpoint. Unlike some other architects we've worked with, he's helpful and available to the general contractor and the subs as needed throughout the project. He has a good understanding of the means and methods of construction demonstrated in his construction drawings. This understanding is also a refreshing trait for a builder that fosters a good relationship and communication throughout the project, ultimately leading to a well built project and satisfied clients.
