“We hired Sam at the beginning of 2009 to do a partial renovation of an old farm house in northern New South Wales. He was very professional and when any problems arose always had a solution which was helpful when we had not renovated before. There were complexities with moving walls and re-jigging ceiling roses etc but nothing was too much trouble. We all worked with an excellent building team and together made our renovation work both inside and outside with inground tanks and a swimming pool. A very positive experience.”

“It was an utmost pleasure to work with Will Collins and Mariana Claro from Gold Coast Building Designers on the design of our Currumbin Valley home. Now, 18 months after construction was completed, we can only say we are delighted. The result is a fantastic house that now happily hosts three generations of our family. Not only does it cover all our needs but is also a beautiful design that will stand the test of time. On meeting Will and Mariana we were immediately impressed by the way they combine a professional approach with their warm and infectious manner. They embraced the challenging block and ensured that the right aspect plus all of our design wishes were met. “We engaged Sam from Raywells Design to design our home renovation which included a second story addition and major works to the existing. Sam worked closely with us during the whole design process taking into account our personal tastes and style and guiding us to ensure everything flowed. We found him to have a wealth of knowledge and experience and he was happy to make alterations to the plans to keep us on budget. We had Sam do all our interior selections which was a huge benefit as once they were all selected it made the whole process stress free, kept us on budget and ensured the design features were seamless. Once the renovation commenced Sam Project Managed the build and kept us constantly updated with how things were progressing. He was always very approachable and he actually cared about our vision for our home and wanted the best outcome for us. The project was completed on time and within budget. We have dealt with Sam regularly over the past 18 months during the design and build and at all times he has been reliable, punctual, professional, organised and extremely easy to deal with. We are very pleased with our decision to use Raywells Design to create such a beautiful home for us which suits our family and lifestyle and would recommend them without any hesitation.”

“I can't recommend Cyber Draft enough to anybody who need plans drawn up and approved. They made the process so simple as having all aspects of building in one location as well. We are doing our first renovation/ rebuild and did not know the process. Daryl and Natasha helped us immensely through the process. No question was stupid, which trust me there was. We had approached a number of draft people and architects for our plans and ideas and Daryl was the first to actually listen and take what we wanted into consideration. Natasha is AMAZING and kept us up to date in each stage of development. Communication is the key is any successful project and we had no issue with Cyber draft on returning calls. emails etc. Well done guys. Cheers”
