Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars6 May 2017
“When looking for an architect MDA Architectural Services Ltd came recommended by a friend. From the beginning they were completely professional and all the staff who I had contact with couldn't be more helpful. From the original drawings to the final plans the team were happy to make any changes I requested. When looking for a builder to complete my extension, everyone commented on the quality of the drawings and the detail within. For me that says it all when fellow professionals comment on the quality of work. I'd happily use and recommend MDA Architectural Services Ltd to anyone.”

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars11 September 2020
“We commissioned David to draw up plans for our extension and were really happy with the ideas he came up with. He was clear throughout about the advantages and disadvantages of each design (best use of space, costs, etc.), which was really helpful in making our decision of which one to go ahead with. We would recommend his services to anyone looking for an architect’s input to a building project.”
Chetham Architecture Design
Architects in Goosnargh, Lancashire
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars13 November 2016
“Hill House is a 16th century former farm house, the main part of which had been converted into modern living accommodation some time ago but which had an adjoining single storey outbuilding/small barn, used for storage, with the western aspect facing onto the Lyth Valley. The brief to Tim Chetham was to develop plans which would see the conversion of this outbuilding into a 2-storey development consisting of a living room and en-suite bedroom, ensuring that the new blended seamlessly with the old, and importantly, maximising the views onto the spectacular Lyth Valley. In scoping the project, Tim engaged well with us and gained a thorough understanding of our requirements. He translated our ideas, some of which were modified by his suggestions, into drawings which, when the final build was completed, exceeded our expectations by, internally, opening up the flow through the ground floor rooms, and upstairs an en-suite bedroom making effective use of the space and, importantly for us, maximising the views from both rooms. Tim met all agreed tasks on schedule and was within his quotation. We would certainly use his services again if required and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others - which we have already done!”

“TI would have no hesitation in recommending Graham for architectural design work. Graham provided some excellent drawings for our proposed single storey extension. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely friendly and approachable. He listened to our own ideas of what we wanted and recommended some improvements which we ended up taking forward. Graham was also very helpful and knowledgeable with respect to planning process and developmental control and liaised directly with the relevant contacts for us.”
