    “Stuart was so very helpful to me during my recent planning application to Durham council. He was prompt and efficient, indeed he visited the property within a day of me contacting him and had all the plans drawn up within a couple of days. He even completed and lodged the application form with the council when I was experiencing problems doing this online. He did all this for an exceptionally reasonable price.     “I have employed Andrew on 2 projects, the first being the major conversion of a textile mill into 9 houses with an additional 4 new build during 2006 - 2007. I found he made excellent use of the space available with imaginative designs for both inside and outside the properties. He liaised with planning officers and building contractors coming up with practical solutions when needed and zealously ensuring the budget was not exceeded. The second project was a derelict property which was converted into a small house in 2010.”
