“We used John to conceive, design and manage a total gut rehab of a garage apartment in St. Petersburg. His expertise and talents go far beyond just drawing up plans. He really made this space functional, inviting and a fun place to spend time for our friends and family, as well as enhancing its income generating potential as a rental unit. I have done several remodeling and addition projects on our residences over the years, but none went more smoothly and produced results I am as happy with as the project on which John worked. His personality is warm, friendly and easy to work with. He is a great listener and was able to translate our wants, needs and desires into reality.
