“I’ve worked with this company a few times now and have been thrilled with all aspects of our dealings. We have had both basement conversion plans done (with building regs all sorted for us etc) and have had a ground floor extension planned, built and supported by the team. We’ve been so happy with the results of our extension and the space really has maximised our space and transformed our home. We found Spencer brilliant to work with. He’s always gotten to know exactly what we are looking to achieve and has listened to my crazy ideas, but then always come up with a way to achieve them (or he’s often come up with far better alternatives!) We’ve also had support from the company in the form of party wall representation when there was building work next to our house and this was a great comfort to know there was someone who took time to get to know our house so well and was there to ensure we remained protected throughout the experience. I really would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Nathan listened and sought to understand our wishes from the initial meeting and then worked with us to produce a design that fully realised our goals. Our final plans incorporated many of Nathan's innovative eco-friendly suggestions and 3D images which enhanced our original vision. His preparation was very thorough and he produced highly detailed drawings, enabling us to go to builders with confidence. We would highly recommend Ikonografik Design.”

“We were extremely fortunate to find such a reliable and skilled builder/planner having been let down by a company who decided at the last minute they didn't want the job which had awkward access. The team were all courteous and prompt, the work was done to an excellent standard and all within the expected budget. What stands apart with Oakenstone is the level of clear communication about the details as well as the overall plan and the creative solutions to some problems (notably the amount of light into our house). Even though we lived in the house while the work was done (which included removing the kitchen roof, knocking down various walls etc) the level of disruption was surprisingly little as Dave had planned the work around us. James redesigned the layout which has meant that our first floor home now feels much lighter and a better use of space. It is such a pleasure to have had this work done, we wish we'd done it sooner! We would recommend this company unreservedly.”
