“Peter worked with us to finalize a house plan for our Jamaica home. We had to work by telephone, email and What's App between Florida in the States and the south coast of Jamaica. Peter was immediately so easy to work with, taking time to listen to our desires and preferences, and help us solve problems to have form and function meet style. He walked us through the Parish Council submission process in person. During the planning period, Peter always followed through with expected phone calls, emails and documents. He helped us plan ahead for costs, documents and expected wait times. We decided on a plan with which we are so excited. I can't wait to see how things progress, and I will certainly update my review as more details emerge. He is a true professional, and the plan is so impressively detailed.”

“Bev and her team has been working with me for many years. They are professional. The design is always superb and is always centred around our needs. An expert in Caribbean design, children, commercial and residential work the team is very rounded. From concept to product the team is easy to work with. Prices are in the moderate to higher range but always worth it and you can call anytime, all the time. There is a reason we never have to tender with BRI. I am especially please with our new Nusery going up and our private client centre.”

“We basically told the designer two things we must have in our home: Big windows and a courtyard and when they came back with the first draft, we were blown away and excited! It was functional, had lots of storage, had areas we would not have considered, gave us a view of the ocean from almost every where in the house! Our only complaint was that it was too big and so they shrunk it. They were on time so we got the drawings back when they said we would. Very helpful in explaining why some things won't work and others will.”

“Organised, straightforward in design and execution of project concept (and offered suggestions to refine my own ideas). Good working relationship with subcontractors and took the hassle out of my having to manage them. Also adaptable as it relates to cost and substitution of local, more readily available materials. Brought solid project management skills to project and completed within the stipulated time period so there were no overruns. Cleaned up the work site after working (and this is a BIG one for me!) Would definitely recommend.”
