His attention to detail is superb: floor plan, windows, doors, details in moulding and direction on lighting and fixtures. He was unfailingly calm and reassuring with us and with our builder and was always available to guide us through difficult decisions. She designed a master plan for renovation for our home, which entailed moving the master bedroom over a garage, opening up the downstairs floorplan, kitchen expansion, mudroom, dormers. Her services included 3D sketch models and Construction documents. She is a pleasant person, who is knowledgeable and confident, but not overbearing. She has many resources and also desired to work closely with our contractor. She really listened to what we were saying, and successfully incorporated design elements that were important to us. “Keery Design planned my retirement home in Scituate, MA on the same lot of land owned by my daughter and son-in-law. Because of zoning regulations the house was limited to 750 square feet. If anyone had told me prior to David's design for my home that I would be happy in 750 square feet I would not have believed it. But I am thrilled with the design and the livability of my home. Every square inch is usable space. There is a loft built in over the kitchen for my grandchildren's visits. The house is open and airy with gorgeous window views of the blueberry bushes and the woods at the edge of the property The angles in the home and the high ceilings create a feeling of space..
