“Working with Mark Lee on our vacation home design was a pleasant experience. Because of his recommendations, our house is not only exactly the style we love, but is also functional. It is a cozy retreat for the two of us when we are here alone, yet it comfortably accommodates our visiting family and friends. Mark's plan maximizes our square footage so the house feels much larger than it actually is. We've had many compliments, beginning with the contractor who said the plans were "builder friendly." As we requested, Mark designed our house with "wow" factors---such as the lofted ceiling, beautiful staircase, fireplace & custom shelves, and huge screened porch---that still "wow" our guests (and us every time we come.) Completely satisfied with Mark's creative talents, knowledge, and attention to detail, we hired him in 2011 to design us a primary home in Alabama.
