“Andy was one of a number of architects we invited to quote on our project to reorganise the ground floor of our house including an extension to the rear. Upon meeting him my wife and I both felt that he was the right architect for our project. He is a local man with the knowledge and experience that we needed. Wow ! did he deliver. He was patient with us as we deliberated over various aspects of the project and gave invaluable advice and support in arriving at our final plan. I naively thought that was the end of his involvement. No way! He maintained close contact with us throughout the building work and liaised with the builders to keep them focused on delivering according to the plans. He gave us advice regarding our new kitchen and referred us to a company that we subsequently employed to deliver and fit the kitchen .We are very happy with the outcome. He also referred us to a supplier of porcelain floor tiles. We used this firm. The result was top quality floor tiles at a very reasonable price. Andy also advised us regarding underfloor heating which we installed using the suppliers he recommended. Andy went above and beyond our expectations with regard to architectural services and my wife and I will be forever indebted to him for delivering a home that has transformed our domestic comfort and lifestyle. We also had a lot of contact with Andy's wife , Audrey , who liaised with us about various aspects of the project. They are a great team and made us feel special.”

“I enlisted the help of Sam & True Blue to help me with my first full scale renovation. The project i undertook was a neglected 3 storey 1890s property in Manchester which required a lot of work from full basement renovation, bathroom extension and living/dining room knock through. I can confidently say this project would not have been a success without Sams expert advice, guidance and architectural planning support! Sam was always available to help with any questions or queries I had and provided all the plans, designs and information i needed in a timely and professional way. My builder even said that the plans and designs were the best he has ever seen! Highly recommend Sam & True Blue.”
