“Matthew gives a very professional, efficient and very competitively priced service. We are turning a 2 bedroom terraced property into a 4 bedroom HMO with 2 en-suites with loft conversion. “We instructed David to obtain planning permission for a two story extension we needed due to our kids getting older and needing their own space. David came back to us with drawings quickly which we approved and were submitted to the council. They initially came back with objections which we weren't happy with and David built a case to object to them. They quickly came back with an approval, how we wanted the build after David presented evidence as why they couldn't impose the conditions. We are very happy with What David has done for us and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, prompt and thorough architect. Thanks David”

Took on board what I was after and suggested improvements where necessary. He went to a lot of trouble to find a first class builder for me who did the work in quick time and high quality and with only occasional input from me as the property was empty during the works.”
