“I’ve worked with this company a few times now and have been thrilled with all aspects of our dealings. We have had both basement conversion plans done (with building regs all sorted for us etc) and have had a ground floor extension planned, built and supported by the team. We’ve been so happy with the results of our extension and the space really has maximised our space and transformed our home. We found Spencer brilliant to work with. He’s always gotten to know exactly what we are looking to achieve and has listened to my crazy ideas, but then always come up with a way to achieve them (or he’s often come up with far better alternatives!) We’ve also had support from the company in the form of party wall representation when there was building work next to our house and this was a great comfort to know there was someone who took time to get to know our house so well and was there to ensure we remained protected throughout the experience. I really would highly recommend to anyone.”

AU’s Wikihouse design enabled us to keep costs down by using volunteers for some of the assembly work as well as allowing community involvement in the construction.”
