“We hired Cooper & MacGregor Design Solutions to handle the the design / planning application and building warrant for our large multi-purpose workshop and garage. “Nick was a huge support to us during our complicated and stressful build. He helped alleviate the stress of dealing with the contractors and helped us to understand each stage of the process by using clear and uncomplicated language. He was always professional in his dealings with us, and the contractors, and his warm and approachable manner made us feel reassured at all times. This was a huge project for us and we honestly could not have got through such a daunting project without Nick’s support and invaluable advice. “When we were thinking of extending and changing the interior layout of our home, we had some ideas but it was when Ross at Etch came onboard that the true vision was realised. Ross took a lot of time just talking to us to understand what it was we truly wanted and needed. He had so many ideas and suggestions that hadn't even occurred to us and of course was able to advise us on likely cost and other practicalities to consider in a build project.
