“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“Callender Howorth provided us with a full design and project management service for an extension and full refurb of our maisonette. They liaised with planners, architects, building contractors, kitchen companies and advised on sourcing of materials and interior furnishings. The project took 1 year from conception to completion. The people at CH were creative, professional and importantly a pleasure to work with. I would and have recommended them successfully to friends.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“Doug is fantastic. I highly recommend. His attention to detail is fantastic and had lots of great ideas on how to improve the project. Having taken the project on after we discarded our previous architects, he came in and made many crucial improvements to the project. Then managed the project through to completion really well, liaising with builder and client very effectively and professionally. He has a real passion for what he does and that comes through. “Brosh Architects did an extension and complete home renovation for our semi-detached 3 (now 4) bedroom house in NW London. The level of artistic style, stunning design and bespoke comfort that Lior and his company managed to eke out of our originally very poorly built hovel is just plain incredible - every day since it feels like we've moved into something that would make Grand Designs envious that they didn't follow our project. We now have a spacious, beautiful kitchen as the heart of our home, a gorgeous, tall. full glass-backed extension with spacious roof (without blocking the neighbours right to light) with sunshine entering from all directions, a luxuriously spaced entertainment deck and 2 washrooms that are elegant, comfortable and sumptuous, All aspects were thoroughly thought through and integrated into our plans. Everything about working with Brosh Architects was a delight and a pleasure. The design phase was handled well with a deft balance of structural integrity, architectural vision and, most importantly, our comfort and needs all put together into a very reasonably priced proposal. The company worked with us and helped us through the entire process - the inevitable back and forth with planning (none of it due to Brosh Architect's designs by the way), the on-point selection presented of all the items that elevated the interior and exterior (nothing cheap and cheerful, nothing overpriced - just beautiful, good quality items to complement and enhance the design) and then the ongoing communication and holding-to-task inspection of the work of our chosen contractors and builders, including some inevitable changes where we decided on a few tweaks. It is possible to get architectural firms that ask for a cheaper rate and to get a bog-standard McCube of a house with no inspired design or peace of mind over any aspect of the process or work being done , and it's sometimes possible to be charged several times more than Brosh Architect's rate and still not end up with what you want because you're just another customer with a faceless firm (I've got friends and neighbours who've been through both). Since the architect's fees are relatively small compared to the rest of the work, it's important that you get this choice right (I truly believe Brosh Architects ended up saving us the equivalent of their fees several times over in unwanted and unexpected builders costs with their oversight and contractor inspections). We have gone through this process with absolute peace of mind and we love our house - our friends who saved on these upfront costs haven't had the same experience. The end result is that we have a home that is not just perfectly suited to us, a space who's dimensions just feel right but also a house that is stylish and elegant and has appreciated in value way more than the investment was (as confirmed by several agents we've invited along since).”

“Zulufish have now completed a couple of jobs for me. The first was a full commercial design and build of our studio in Notting Hill, from start to finish the level of service received was exemplary. The brief was to turn a relatively tight space into a hub of creativity and they certainly delivered. My second experience took residential form on a property in Chiswick, it was essentially a full loft conversion and side return which once again was delivered exactly as we could have hoped. I could not recommend them more highly.”
