Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! Took on board what I was after and suggested improvements where necessary. He went to a lot of trouble to find a first class builder for me who did the work in quick time and high quality and with only occasional input from me as the property was empty during the works.”
