“We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus. She is a good listener and is able to put your thoughts to paper and design. We are very happy with the work Designlink has done and we would highly recommend them. Frank McLanis”

“This is our second remodel with REALM. We have used them to upsize as well as down size our homes. With both remodels, REALM was responsible for the architectural design as well as the interior furnishings. Before we started our project, we sat down with Jacques and Jackson and discussed our needs, our wants and how we live in the house. They listened to our ideas and then made suggestions. They have tremendous vision and creativity and were very sensitive to our timeframe and budget constraints. They were flexible enough to design in the field and still meet deadlines. Jacques and Jackson incorporated our old furnishings with new items and helped us achieve an intimate, sophisticated home that reflects our lifestyle and personality. We love our home inside and out!”

“My wife and I hired Soloway Designs Inc to design and build our second home getaway. After a poor experience of doing this once before I vowed it would never happen again; especially from a long distance. On a cloudy Sunday afternoon with boredom setting in, we decided to go out and about and look at houses. By chance, we turned into a driveway that had a hidden treasure, for us, designed by Marc Soloway. Cutting to the chase, a short time later we had some meetings and decided to take the plunge....again. It was a super positive experience and lots of fun.The process or marriage lasted approximately 3 yrs and guess what;we still communicate with each other. They kept their promises,met deadlines,stayed within their forcasted budgets even though we didn't and had great attitude and most importantly always got back to us in a timely manner.
