“We hired Sam to help us renovate a very lovely but rundown Victorian home just by the Brighton sea front. It was in desperate need of repairs and was also our first home. Sam and his team are very accommodating to our wants and needs for the home which will double as both a family home and workspace as well 2 holiday lets. It's been a very long and large-scale project and we are very satisfied. Would recommend.”

“Design and project management: We bought a 1930s house in need of complete refurbishment and an extension, plus some garden landscaping and a large shed. We met with Marina several times for discussions and site visits. She then produced plans and a schedule of works. She dealt with the planning process for us and ordering of materials etc. Her team of builders and trades were hard working and of high standard. Marina was very good at finding solutions when unexpected issues occurred. She worked very hard indeed. The project was completed in a timely manner and we are delighted with the result.”
