    Lacey Architecture
Architects in Peasedown Saint John, Somerset
    Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars20 June 2017
“I found Verity through a contact to help complete the planning stage of an extension that had become bogged down. She brought a highly structured approach to the process and good insights, imagination and flexibility to the development of the design. She was able to give a good steer through the various planning process hoops with an ultimately successful outcome - that despite the best efforts of the planners. I would very happily recommend her to others undertaking similar work.”

    3bd Architects

    Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars13 January 2015
“3bd's unconventional roof design saved us £000's in construction costs and created a much larger room than we could have expected with traditional building techniques. Our builders had no problems understanding the drawings and as a result everything went smoothly Professional, approachable and exceeded my expectations - Would definitely recommend.”

    James Matley Architect

    Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars2 June 2017
“James will listen to your requirements fully and his attention to detail means you'll be pleased with the results. we have been very happy with both our loft conversion (not easy as we only had a small loft) and our kitchen extension. His work complemented our Victorian cottage, adding extra space without spoiling the character.”
    Charles Louwerse Architects
Architects in Peasedown Saint John, Somerset
    Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars27 November 2017
“We needed an extension to our cottage that met our needs, was sympathetic to the property and its surroundings and satisfied the rigors of the planning process, made harder as the cottage is a listed building. Charles Louwerse Architects created a beautifully functional and attractive design. And, through a competitive tender process that they organised, introduced us to an excellent builder. Throughout the project, Charles Louwerse Architects were flexible and professional, helping to maximise the potential of the site. The end product exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier. None of this would have been possible without their expertise, experience and exceptional attention to detail..”
    Martin Blake Associates ltd
Architects in Peasedown Saint John, Somerset
    Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars10 June 2016
“Martin took our run-down, dark and damp, turn of the century house and transformed it into a light and contemporary home. He struck the perfect balance between modern and traditional and made the whole house so much more usable and practical. He maximised the south-facing aspect with a new kitchen-diner with lots of light and made the garden feel part of the house. He transformed a pokey roof space with higher ceilings, light tubes and velux windows. Without the 'before' photos, it's difficult to believe that such a transformation could be possible. Martin designed and managed the entire project and successfully mediated between us and the main contractors when we didn't see eye to eye. We definitely won't shop around for an architect when we undertake our next project, we'll just talk to Martin.”

    DHV Architects
Architects in Peasedown Saint John, Somerset
    Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars19 February 2014
“DHV Architects have designed a single storey rear extension, double storey side extension and internal remodelling to a 1930s semi-detached property. The design marries design and function, and is well considered for the sloping site. Communication has been excellent and the fees very reasonable.”
