We hired Jim for a challenging project, constrained by the fact that we wanted to use a fieldstone foundation of a home that had been destroyed by fire. “We contracted with Kathy to design and engineer a 396 sq ft addition to our Master Bedroom complex, expanding the bath and adding an office area. We immediately realized Kathy’s knowledge and expertise as she offered great suggestions to our thoughts for the space. For example, while we planned on a Jacuzzi tub in one end of the extended bath, Kathy sited it, creating a Tuscan-columned showpiece, centered on the back wall, something we still admire 9 years later! We found her fun to work with, her ideas creative, and she even coordinated well with our contractor. We highly recommend Kathy LaRose!”
