Tom understood our requirements really well and we couldn't be more pleased with the space he designed - a wrap-around extension; 2-storey to the side and 1-storey on the back. In particular, he was able to accommodate our changing ideas comfortably and gave excellent advice on design features, without the end result looking too 'design-y'. Our approach was always to work with the client's desire to upgrade an older property while maintaining the neighborhood character and scale. Sometimes this involved Craftsman detailing, sometimes a more traditional look. We also worked on the exterior renovation of an outdated 2 story office building which included a new restaurant.”

They have never once let us down on timescales and have even done some graphic design for us as well in creating our current advert campaign to launch our new showroom. We will continue to use them as we are very happy and we think the price is extremely competitive. We would rather use a local company than outsource abroad because we are also a local company!     “We required an architect that had a sensitive and respectful touch when dealing with a property of over 300 years. The requirement was to design a two and single story extension in a sympathetic yet current way. Modernity of space was essential. The incorporation of several levels to provide increased head height and tie in with the existing building was to be a giant three dimensional jig saw puzzle. Christian took this on with both hands and I was confident that he would provide us with a cohesive and balanced result. So it proved. Obviously there were tweaks along the way, largely to satisfy the planning authority. Christian dealt with these imposed changes in a most professional manner and through him the end result is highly successful. Even allowing for the modifications the final plans were on time and right on budget. I am indebted to him and the person who put his name forward.”
